Booking private group sessions require a minimum of 7 people. Private sessions are great for birthday events, couples date night, family night, after work events, and guys or girls night out just to name a few.

Each class starts at 45 min and can be customized to fit your needs .

Private Group Sessions will be offered Fridays and Saturdays only

Hand Wraps will be included with each private group session. Each person will need to bring there own boxing gloves. Gloves will be available to purchase on site.
